Google Chrome Incorrect History

Time displayed in history page has minus one hour difference compared with OS current time. My relationship depends on it. What's wrong with my Google Chrome? Actually, since only (2) drafts are shown, my guess is that it is the date that is actually being shown incorrectly for everything before July 31. http://photoshoprockstars.com/google-chrome/how-to-fix-google-chrome-not-opening.html
