Inside the 2 folder are the quick launch items specific for the user. Windows 10 Start Menu Not Showing All Programs
Does it come in after clicking a fake warning popup ?I have removed it from several machines and I tell customers that they probably clicked on a fake warning popup but I do have search programs and files... Below are the available logs in order - Malwarebytes, Super antispyware free; the gmer log is incomplete, as it was too long to post the entire log when I tried, but Fusion power supply, 1.21 gigawatts. .

It's seriously annoying going into "All Programs" and seeing that barely any of my installed programs are showing up. Microsoft Office Disappeared Windows 7 The folders will be numbered 1, 2 and 4. Luckily, I think I may have been able to get rid of the virus/trojan/malware/whatever. I guess the virus hid those files, because they showed up once I unhid them via the folder options. Remove old browser plugins and install the latest versions, install any security updates from Windows Update and use an up to date antivirus (and also having the PRO version of Malwarebytes' http://photoshoprockstars.com/windows-10/windows-10-tiles-missing-from-start-menu.html Also select "Show hidden files and folders".
