Might be that disc you are trying to use also. but after alot of testing and crap all I did to fix it was put in my trusty ultimate boot cd and go to hard drive tools ..selected my drive and I hooked it up to my computer and when I try to install winXP on the hard-drive I get the same errors. It is really personal preference between NTFS and Fat 32. I've used that OEM disk before without any problems. I hooked the hard-drive back into the computer i'm working on and when I turn on the machine I get a "missing NTLDR" error.
